Cancellation fees
In case of cancellation by the guest for any reason, the following charges apply:
- 25 % of the total rental amount, for finalizing the booking
- 75 % of the total rental amount, 4 weeks before check in date
- 150 € refundable security deposit is required on check in (only cash, please)

- More than 4 weeks before check in date: no fees
- From 4 weeks to 2 weeks before check in date: 25 % of the total rental amount
- From 2 weeks to 1 week before check in date: 50 % of the total rental amount
- Less than 1 week before check in date: 100 % of the total rental amount
